Association Activities

The Association’s top legislative priorities are protecting the current tax status of PTPs, enacting federal legislation to improve the treatment of PTPs, and preventing states from enacting tax provisions are harmful to PTPs or impossible for them to comply with. Since the Association was formed in 1983, it has impacted numerous state and federal regulatory proposals.
